Congratulations to the Keller Clay Target Team for winning 2nd Place in the Texas SCTP TEXAS SCTP NW LEAGUE - BREAK IN THE NEW YEAR - TRAP & SPORTING TOURNAMENT & RAFFLE Double-Header Tournament held at Defender Outdoors Clay Sports Ranch and Fort Worth Trap and Skeet Club on 1/14/2023.
We sent 18 athletes to this event totaling 127 athletes and 12 teams across Northwest Texas. Our entire team shot well considering all the hard work they put in over the last several months.
INDIVIDUAL HIGHLIGHTS:
We had a Three-Way Shoot off between Hunter Barber, Michael Spencer, and an athlete from another team for 3rd Place in Men's Senior Varsity - Our own Hunter Barber Won the Shoot off!
Xander Morgan came in 3rd Place in Men's Varsity Sporting Clays.
We had a Three-Way Shoot off between Jake Wright and two athletes from other teams for 3rd Place in Men's Junior Varsity - Our own Jake Wright won the Shoot off and came in 3rd Place - Men's Junior Varsity:
Ethan Fuller and Hunter Barber both shot a 50-Straight in Men's Varsity Trap!

Also, this was our first attempt for our team to HOST a SCTP Tournament. It turned out to be a huge success only because of the dedication and effort of the parent volunteers of our team.
