 ✔️ Opening Remarks now begin at 8:45 AM (Mandatory Safety Briefing)
 ✔️ Scorecard turn-in deadline is now 2:00 PM

 NOTE: This schedule may be adjusted due to unforeseen early (if everyone completes early) or late course finishers. 

• Your team will be assigned to either the COWTOWN or OUTLAW course (both are 100 targets).
• Your course assignment will be listed on your scorecard. All teams have been evenly distributed across both courses.
• Team Leaders will pick up their team envelope at check-in.

Each team’s envelope will include:

• Scorecards
• Assigned shooter numbers with bibs (Please wear these so judges can see your number. Safety pins included in the envelope.)
• Lunch tickets
• Warm-up package tickets (For teams with sponsorship packages that include these)
• Golf cart reservation confirmation (For those who reserved them)
• Official Keller Clays Buckle Classic embroidered patch (One per registered shooter)

• Start time: 8:00 AM (For teams with warm-up packages included in their sponsorship.)
• Warm-up package tickets can be found in your team envelope.
• If you wish to purchase a Warm-Up Package, they are available for $10 for 10 targets during check-in.
• Bring your warm-up target tickets to the designated Warm-Up Area before the tournament begins.

• Up to three (3) Mulligan shots may be purchased during check-in for $10 each (Max of $30 total per shooter).
• Mulligans must be purchased in advance and signed off on your scorecard by a judge.
• How Mulligans Work:
  • A Mulligan is a guaranteed extra shot that replaces a lost target.
  • Example: If you shoot 90/100 and use three Mulligans, your final score becomes 93.
  • If you shoot 100/100, using three Mulligans will bring your final score to 103!
  • Final scores will be verified and confirmed by the scorecard verification team.

• Check your scorecard to see which sporting clays station your team will start at.
• Competition begins at 9:00 AM sharp!
• All scorecards must be turned in by 2:00 PM sharp.
• The winners of each course (COWTOWN & OUTLAW) will face off at 2:30 PM in a final shoot-off at Defender Pavilion in front of the crowd!
• The Championship Buckle Winners will be determined from these final shoot-offs!
